KolorBlind Couple of the Month (August ’12): Laura Ling and Iain Clayton

This month’s KolorBlind couple are Laura Ling and Iain Clayton. Mr & Mrs Clayton have been married for over eight (8) years and have one (1) daughter. Laura Ling is a journalist who began her career as a producer at Channel One News before joining Current TV. Iain Clayton is a British Writer and Broadcaster.

I am sure you remember Laura Ling’s story as being sentenced to 12 years in North Korea with fellow journalist Euna Lee after they were captured by North Korean soldiers while filming a documentary along the China/North Korea border in March of 2009. Read the full story here.

The Clayton’s story is a very touching one of courage and determination. Not only have they overcome societal prejudice, but they showed the world that love can still be strong under adversity.

If you are in a KolorBlind relationship and have been questioning yourself, don’t question yourself any further. Being KolorBlind is beyond Black and White…it’s the freedom to love any race and ethnicity. The Clayton’s are another KolorBlind couple to be admired.

I wish them many more wonderful years together. You’re an inspiration to all KolorBlind men and women out there. Keep the flame burning!

Sending some KolorBlind kisses and hugs your way. Xo

I hope you’ve enjoyed reading about our KolorBlind Couple of the month (August ’12): Laura Ling and Ian Clayton.
